I’m asking my students tonight to begin praying about one of their friends that doesn’t know Jesus. This will be a friend that they would like to see begin a relationship with Jesus during this school year. I’m trying to stress to my kids that they play a vital role in their friends decisions about Jesus. They need to be praying for opportunities to share with their friends. They need to be living out what they say they believe. They need to be preparing/studying/growing so they are ready to talk about Jesus when their friends are. They just need to realize they play an active role in their friends eternal destination. No we won’t only focus on the “one” and forget about the other 20,000 students within 5 miles of our church. But that “one” is a start!
